After working as a National Sales Director for 10 years, Kay Houghton left her job in 2015 to become a residential real estate agent. She quickly became a top-producing agent, closing transactions throughout Virginia, DC, and Maryland. Kay believes that knowledge is power and she works to give her clients the information necessary to make the best decisions throughout their real estate journey.
In 2016, Kay Houghton & Associates was launched to meet the needs of Kay’s expanding client base. Clients now have a team of real estate professionals available to them at any moment throughout the buying and selling process.
